Believe it or not... I have owned both for years and never actually played BG2... so i'm going to dive in and play it (assuming that I can on this half busted video card).

But I am going to play a continuous... so BG Tutu or BG Trilogy? If anyone has played with both. I did Tutu in the past... not sure if that's still the best... from my search, it died out at v6

I am assuming you are referring to the PC versions with your reference to your vid card. I have only played the console versions and thought, though very linear, they were a good storyline and gameplay. I just cannot bring myself to fire up my PS2, unless I get the urge to hack it and make a LINUX mailserver or something.

Have you played Ghost Recon? I was very serious with that game and it mods during its heyday. Was a part of a Canadian circle of friends who were Army Tank Corps (Canadian) and since I was a US Army Tanker TVM myself, we all banded quite quickly. Amazing how well a disciplined group of people translate into a cohesive tactical element ingame as well.

p.s. Steyr Aug with a .45 and flashbangs FTW!

Ghost recon was awesome. Back in Officer Training School during the last week we actually had time to relax (amazingly)... so a bunch of us went to the Hoya Squadron's common room, we networked computers and loaded up Ghost Recon.

Halfway into playing everyone suddenly jumps to attention... a Major came up right behind me. He inquired what we were doing.. we said 'Training Sir!' He looked at the screens and said 'Carry on!'

My sever-year-old is begging for me to dig them out for him. Both are good games. I think I liked BG1 better but it's been eons since I played them.
