Peanut buttery chocolate goodness = WIN!

Peanut buttery chocolate goodness = WIN!

Here's the link for the cheese recipe. I found a kit online, then a recipe, but ended up using the recipe from the box of rennet. If you can find this brand there should be a little instruction booklet inside or you can copy the one from their site.

Make sure you get the right milk. You can use homogenized, pasteurized, whole fresh milk, but NOT ultra pasteurized. I used homogenized from a local specialty market but next time I'm going to use fresh milk if I can get some from a buddies dairy.

Pizza Dough recipe
3 1/2 cups flour - 4 cups
1 cup of warm water
1 package of dry active yeast
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1) Empty the packet of dry active yeast into the water along with the suger, let is bubble and get going.
2) Add 3 1/2 cups flour and salt into a large bowl.
3) Add the water/yeast mixture and the olive oil to the flour.
4) Mix until a ball forms.
5) Onto a floured surface, take the ball dough and need for 5 -8 minutes until dough is soft, plyable and streatchy. This is where you will use the remainder of the flour.
6) Take another tablespoon or so of Olive oil and grease another large bowl. Place the kneeded dough into this and then oil the top. Cover with a damp tea towel and let sit for about an hour until doubled in size.
7) once doubled, punch dough down and cut in half, makes 2 pizza crusts.
*You can make these ahead of time and freeze them. They freeze awesome!
* After you add your sauce and before you add your cheese, sprinkle down some grated Parmesean cheese, makes it so much better!
* Get a good pizza stone. When you go to bake this, crank your oven all the way up to 500. Place your pizza stone at the very botton of your stove and let get good and hot. Once ready, move your pizza onto the stone and cook for maybe 10 minutes max.
*One more thing, when you actually get ready to make the pizza, try not to add to many toppings, this will make the dough not cook all the way through.

Hmmm, generally I only shoot freeps, but I can make some exceptions. :p
Seriously though, Caek is an awesome cook. If it wasn't for my super metabolism, I would be fat by now.

adding another recipe!
Taco Soup!
Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet; drain the excess fat, then transfer the browned beef and onions to a large slow cooker or a stockpot. Add the beans, corn, tomatoes, green chiles, black olives, green olives, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix, and cook in a slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours or simmer over low heat for about 1 hour in a pot on the stove. To serve, place a few corn chips in each bowl and ladle soup over them. Top with sour cream, cheese, green onions and jalapenos.
I ommited the black olives and green olives as people in my family do not like them. It still came out fantastic! I bet this soup would be great with some jalapeno chedder cornbread!

Here's the recipe Caek.
Peanut Blossoms
1 3/4 cup flour (all purpose)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter (I use honey roasted peanut butter. I like the chunky kind the most. if you use chunky change the amount to 3/4 -1 cup)
1 egg
2 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
48 hershey kisses
1/2 shortening (I usually use butter or butter falvored crisco)
combine all ingredients except candy in a large mixing bowl. mix on lowest speed until dough forms. shape dough into ball (I make mine a bit smaller than golf balls). roll balls in sugar: place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes (I bake them for exactly 10 and sometimes 9 depending on your oven). tope each cookie immediately with a kiss< press down firmly so cookie cracks around the edge. Yield: 4 dozen.
Cookies win. My 5 year old niece came over today with a cupcake she made me so I'd make those cookies for her. Even she knows the power of the cookies. lol

ooooo those look good, but Caek is still pretty damn awesome if I say so myself :P
