Customer service experiences with Turbine/LotRO ?

So I've personally been pretty damn disappointed with official responses to anything I ask of Turbine lately.  Most of my questions are not answered, but just ignored.  I don't even get a "No comment" answer, just nothing.

 

I've posted in the official "Suggestions" forum that I suggest they get their act together, and you're more than willing to add your own comments.   I do ask that no one mention any official deletion or moderation that has happened, as that is grounds for thread removal.  That happened to my last thread, because I mentioned that a thread of mine had been deleted without response, my new thread got deleted with the response "You mentioned a deleted thread".

I've never had issues with customer services, but the community reps are basically assholes.

Yeah, Turbine customer service is........... well customer service. Which in my experience is just damn horrible in general.
