There is a way that you can intentionally double your DP gains from keep takes by basically completing the quest twice..... i've already bugged it (not like Turbine will fix it in the next 6 months) but i've been hitting decline to the second quest quite a bit recently when someone fires it up as i'm getting uncomfortable with it.
Thoughts if it's a harmless bug or exploit?
If anyone in a raid I'm in even suggests sharing the quest for the extra Dp, I will leave the raid, and the keep, even if the CG is currently tagged onto me, so, raid leaders, make sure that your raid fully understands that the quest will not be shared once we are on the CG, if it does, I'm gone and taking the CG with me.
Just so everyone understands, you can have the quest once, and kill the CG. The 'second' share happens seconds after the CG dies, must be accepted within those few seconds. You cannot get the quest twice while fighting the CG.

I say bad idea - it's obviously a bug and we have no right to choose which bugs are "ok" to exploit.

Exploit. When it happened to me the first time...i also thought i didn't have the quest, but then i realized i received double DP... When i mentioned in the raid channel, someone said "Shhh", then giggled. "It still didn't feel right, imo", so i've been declining any additional quest shares thereafter.
Ethically it's an exploit and shouldn't be abused. In reality I'm not going to lose sleep over it if people keep doing it (although I have been declining when it's come up).
I'm calling exploit, and I'm not accepting the quest when it happens, but I'm not going to report people either. But still, map credits aren't too hard to get these days, and DP is also fairly easy to get.
Exploit. Double DP and Double map credit doesn't sound intentional.
Bad - I didn't notice it the first time, just thought I didn't have the quest. Will not be accepting the shared quest again. Of course, I have 100's of thousands of DP points so not as much an issue for me as I won't use them all, but still bad form to double dip IMO.
I only saw it happen once, and I only accepted the quest because I assumed I most not have had it , seeing it was coming up...but yeah exploit.

Good to know, but it still stands that I aint sticking around with a raid if they wait till we are on the CG to ask for a share.
