Actually I don't mind the name, but if you can come up with something better I'll consider it. Perhaps just not 'slashy' or 'stabby' enough, think it's the 'n' that does it. Spitereth?
I have:
Weaver r3
Champion lvl 19
Burg (nice hobbit) lvl 7
Played a bit (got a 20 champ) during beta but didn't subscribe until recently.
I'm a newbie to lotro and mp but an old hand at strategy games. I have played EVE Online for the last few years (still do). I never liked games like lotro/wow/etc but I love tactical pvp, and the books, and the lotro MP so I'm here  . Burgs are cute and fun too so I'm thinking of levelling one.
The weaver suits me perfectly - it has to look at the overall battle and make tactical decisions on when and who to web, when to run up and poison. It tries to control the battle and create opportunities for the other creeps, I like the style.
The animosity between freeps and creeps didn't surprise me, it's in all pvp games. Especially it happens where there's ongoing issues with the game, balance/abusable bugs etc. Myself I've never gotten into that, it's just a game - if you find yourself getting so involved that you start lose that perspective, it means it's time for a break 8)
I work for Telstra, an australian telco, basically doing general stuff that they can't find other people to do. Often while playing I'll be listening to music - usually something smooth like Santana or Joe Cocker. Hell I found a Spice Girls cd in a collection someone dumped and I'm debating whether to play it (what do you think?). I just came back from a six-week random hitchhike around scotland and the USA. Had so much fun I'll probably be returning soon as I have the cash - so if you don't see me for a few months it's because I have something better to do
Hey! I was that Guardian (Parker). It was a fun fight. I think I would have had you were it not for the Troll aggro'ing on me. I could have ridden away at the end, but I thought that you had earned the kill. I wish more of Monster Play was like that.
