According to the devs, "The Anniversary Tokens have gotten an overhaul this year, with new tokens above level 50 and all new rewards! You should see this enabled with the patch update."  The announcement on the Forum Home page says that the Anniversary will start on April 26th and last through June 3rd.

Hopefully above level 50 doesn't mean level 52 ;) Long time to collect em, very cool.
