As for events (mentioned in the other thread), events are quite hard because of the unpredictable state of the 'moors. But if someone can brainstorm some events, i'm sure we can execute them.
Lets think of some fun ideas that we as a group can do for the whole community! Ill be back to this thread after I think.....
I used to run footraces (Creeps and Freeps together... at the same time... gasp!) on Arkenstone from one end of the map to the other. We'd make rules like no swimming allowed or that you must cross through heavy combat zones (essentially the GTA-PTR-TA west Norbogs triangle). No run-speed buffs allowed.
Granted, we all used the same Vent, which I know isn't a popular thing on this server.
Beorn's idea is good; FF made a giant conga-line through the 21st Hall once. We couldn't stop laughing at ourselves!

^ i like that idea! Wish we could actually do something even stupid like that! Ive always loved just goofing off, unfortunatly getting everyone to do that would take hell freezing over (and no we are not going to freeze Hellnakh!)
Slinky around the moors!
get everyone to line up, shoulder/leg to shoulder/leg as far as we can up towards lugs.
Then get the first person (at grams) to run all the way along the line and stand next to the last person (at lugs.)
As soon as the first person moves, the second, third, fourth...50th person follows. It would be like a giant grotesque (and rather smelly) slinky working it's way round the moors, visiting lugs, TA, TR (going up the stairs and jumping out the Tyrant room could be interesting to see who stuffs up and follows the wrong person :p) and then up to GV where everyone enjoys a wel earned dirt-nap. :D

I have a fascination with the climbing tree near crude Lug and I've always wondered why Scoobs never made us all climb it to launch an ambush on Friday nights (perhaps because Freeps rarely go there!).
