I planned on putting this up for offer on the Elendilmir forums but I decided to start here first(becasue I like you guys so much) and see what kind of response/instrest we can get. Warning, this is a long post.

Levex, Kodrro, and myself have decided that we want to get people geared up and able for The Watcher. Thing is, we are only about 1/2 way there at the moment. Obviously the more radience gear you have the better, but we are perfectly willing and able to help you fill out your sets. We have solid strategies for all the instances including The Watcher itself, and we do not cut corners(read exploit) to achieve the desired goal of the instances. We typically run instances starting about 9 PM est, but it can vary.

We are in need of a few classes, but also a bit flexible too. We need at least another champ, minstrel, and could use a Lore Master. We are looking to form a fairly steady watcher group, and we would like to minimize group turnover. Now for the somewhat mean part....we aren't really looking for guardians/wardens. I realize this may be a bit short sighted considering future raids but at this time we are focused on The Watcher and will cross other bridges when we get to it. That said, we won't say no to guards/wardens but they will not be the first choice.

As for expectations. We don't care what your kin tag says(all are welcome no matter what your kin tag reads), it's not nearly as important as your willingness to help us get your gear, being respectful, and helping others if the occasion arises that we need a person to fill out a group. If you put in the efforts you will be rewarded. We ask that you be respectful of others in the groups, you listen carefully to instructions, and you play to your best ability. That sounds a little strict, so I'll add that we have fun, we joke around and we get stuff done. Our runs are not about getting it done fast, it's about getting it done right, efficently, and enjoying a group effort.

Please keep in mind that we are putting in time to get people gear, while this isn't something we would hold over heads(real life comes first) it does mean we have some expectation that if you benefit from our help we benefit from yours.

As for loot. During instance runs, we will typically run the instance until everybody gets the barter coin. Execptions may be FG and the 16th hall, where we might run 1-2 runs a night becuase they are a bit longer, items other than the barter are on a roll/pass basis, any exceptions will be explained at the time of the run. We are willing to run instance just for non barter items too, so if you are willing to put in the time so are we.

Some loot from the watcher will most likely be handled in a different fashion. The watcher typically drops 2 barter coins, and a first age legendary, these items will be master looted and rolled on by the raid. The ideal situation is that everybody has 1 of the items(shoulders/helm) before others complete their set. Unfortunatly the watcher doesn't always drop one of each so we will do our best to ensure that not too many people get full sets before others get 1 piece. As for first age items. This is always a random thing but to try and keep it fair I imagine things will be handled in a similar fashion as barter items. Items will only be available to people that are playing that class at the exact time. There will be no rolling for alts at all, no exceptions. Additionally, say 1 week there is a bow that drops and the next week a hunters spear, to keep it fair(at least in my mind) if a hunter already has a 1st age item then we will ask that they pass until all hunters have at least 1 first age item. If an item drops that is not usable by any in attendance(or an undesirable item) the item will be AH'd, a screenshot of the group will be taken, and proceeds will be distributed among the group upon sale of that item. We also ask that if and when you do get a full set you continue to run with us until all members have a full set, if you decide that you are done with us after you get your set we can assure you it will not be looked upon in a favorable fashion.

These rules are of course subject to change, and I also realize not perfect. If problems arise we will do our best to address them in a fair manner.

Seeing as I have been given the task of recruiter for our little kin who wants to grow in a meaningful way.
