I have been banned for not being a creep in the moors. I want to be unbanned so i can help around, earn DP and infamy.

I am puzzled because while i was on TS i was also playing the game, so i don't know why i got banned. I change my username on TS depending on which character I'm playing so rather Onzlash, Onzgash or Blurgrish, but i always put the surname Onzberg next to the character's name that I'm playing. Example:  "Onzgash Onzberg." (onzberg is my creeps surname). The last time i went on TS, was yesterday and i finished playing at 6:00pm server time. i logged out of lotro and disconnected from TS. That day i was in a group in TS for capturing TA, isendeep outpost, killing golly and goldhead. The next day which is today i tried going on TS and i was banned.

So if you can please un ban me i would be very thankfull
