Do we need to implement anything else in the immediate future? Given the... stream of new alts that i'm hearing and new creeps... there's no way of regulating who gets in.. so.. why worry about it for now.

tried going to ftp.angrytalkingskull.com and typing in your user/pass?If not, I dunno. Dreamhost does kinda suck as far as their cpanel goes but I never have downtime and hosting is cheap as hell.

Honestly, what I'd like to do is for us to decide on a new domain name and put all of this stuff under it, then I wouldn't have to worry about trying to figure out how to limit access for you etc because I can just give you full rights to the new domain name and there isn't this sticky business of limiting out certain parts of the current domain.
I think I may be able to get in through the ACP Users-->Web FTP but the passwords seem really slow to update and I had to change it just now again because I forgot to save the last random one. >_<

Hmm wow, Dreamhost is confusing the hell out of me. Successfully logged into the ACP for the hosting, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get to the FTP access lol.

My hosting provides unlimited domain names so we might be able to transfer to a different domain if you guys wanted to..

If we got a new domain, I could give Chen full rights to that Domain and he could do whatever he wanted period.

In the past I've always contributed to vents or websites via an admin with a paypal account. Just something for you to think about if you need.

while i'm basically no help at all on website building, i can find out about the vent status, my freep kin, 5th Council, has a website thats pretty well put together, i can ask the tech guru in it about how he set up ours.

SIN is using MMOGuild Sites, which costs a bit but includes all the features you're looking for. Would be quite tricky to do that without using them, but perhaps possible (though I haven't the faintest idea how to get the current Vent status up like they had through MMOGS). Dunno if you're willing to pay that much though.
It sounds like there's plenty of things that Suo could use a hand with to ease the load. Just let him know what you can do.
