Hi all its Oystermouth-1 and I am here to try to get un ban from Vent. I really am here just to kill freeps. I am not here looking for people to forgive me or anything I am what i am but I would like to communicate. The least i could get is access to vent again but maybe you could put me on mute, like a give and a take. ( not that I ever talk on it anyways ). But you know its been a while and I thought I would give another appeal again. never really done anything to you guys. but please consider this and have a good day.

But he doesn't pay the vent subscription. Vent isn't included in the Turbine package nor is creep vent covered under their terms of service.
The vent admins have gone over this case several times now and it's pretty unanimous that the ban will be upheld.

Sorry Muppet, but people who break vent rules are banned for good reasons, thier lotro account has absolutely nothing to do with vent, so saying he pays for his account means nothing.
He was given plenty of chances early on to fit in, and he didn't bother. He was given plenty of chances to make amends and fit it, using vent properly and he threw them back in our faces.
So, unless he changes dramatically and actually means it, he wont be getting back on vent, you might find this unfair, if so, I suggest you try to be elected an officer in baos and have the vent rules changed that way.

I would be in favor of giving oyster access to vent with him being on mute. At least until he proves himself by acting respectable and considerate for a lenghty amount of time. I don't see how him being able to listen would interfere with anyone else. Most people have him on ignore so most don't even see what he types out. It just seems a bit much not to at least let him listen to where the action is. He pays for his subscription like everyone else.

Gotta love this guy. /tell's me out of the blue asking what my toon's name was before my renames. I don't tell, so he keeps bugging while I'm in-combat. I tell the guy if he knows me, he'll know who I was from my surname (I changed it to make it obvious who I am). But he keeps pestering, so I tell him that he's lost to joining my ignore list. And he starts calling me a moron.
Very immature behaviour, and I've heard many unsolicited mumblings of such from long-time members of the E-PvMP community on just my first evening back. I don't blame any of the admins for upholding this ban.

Its a good start that your actually being polite with this appeal
Lets just remind ourselves what Oyster said in this public forum after his ban;
"ok noobs and will not fuck off i hate you cortes you fail"
"its ok i have another membership and using it thru my other computer so i can access vent anytime i wish. good day failures"
How can anyone who treats the community, all vent admins, and the Vent rules with such disrespect expect to be given special treatment?
